Rick Zitelman is a native Washingtonian and the Founder and President of Zitelman Partners, where he is responsible for sourcing and overseeing investment opportunities, and has been actively investing in private entities since 1980.  He is considered a trusted partner and specializes in developing creative investment structures that meet the needs of both Operating and Investor Partners.

 Rick is a graduate of the Wharton School and was both a CPA and CVA (Certified Valuation Analyst).

In addition to Zitelman Partners, he was the founder of Valuation Service Inc. and Shelyn Securities Co., and has been a member of the board of directors of many of the Zitelman Partner portfolio companies.

 Rick lives in Rockville, MD, and has been happily married to Cindy since 1980. He enjoys spending time with her, their 3 children and 7 grandchildren.  He is an avid (but slowing) bicyclist and hiker.  Rick spends significant time in Israel and is an active supporter of the local and national Jewish communities.
